Quality Service Skills began trading as a Registered Training Organisation under the name MAP Training in 2002. Delivering accredited training in NSW and south-east QLD, in 2017 we moved our head-office to Ballarat with a focus on community-based and regional training in Western Victoria.

Meet our staff

Jackie Moriarty – CEO and Quality Auditing Trainer

With more than 17 years’ experience in the VET Sector across a wide range of job roles, locations and industries, Jackie is well placed to provide advice and suggestions, or to answer any question regarding your training needs.

“I completed my Certificate IV Training & Assessment in 2005 at SMB TAFE Ballarat. Since that time, I have worked at private and not-for-profit RTO’s as well as in the Public Sector. I have experience working for an Apprenticeship Network Provider as well as providing recruitment, induction and training support for apprentices at trade-school at Victoria Polytechnic (Vic Uni TAFE). For the last 5 years I have been working within the Employment Services sector as the Manager of Professional Standards; managing compliance against a broad range of contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements including ISO9001:2015; ISO27001:2013; Workforce Australia Services Quality Assurance Framework; National Standards for Disability Services, NDIS Practice Standards and many others.

I thoroughly enjoy what I do and am a compliance nerd. I am perfectly placed to help you complete your auditing studies!

I have delivered training in the classroom and workplaces from Certificate I to Diploma level. I have trained short courses, accredited and non-accredited programs in Business, Retail, Hospitality and Training & Assessment.

I have experience working in the VET Sector in Victoria, Tasmania, NSW, the Northern Territory and QLD. I have held positions including Training Coordinator, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, and Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer.

I hold a Diploma of Business, a Certificate IV Employment Services, a Diploma of Quality Auditing and a Diploma of Leadership and Management. I am experienced in compliance and quality management, and have prepared for and participated in numerous State and Federal funding and contractual compliance audits across four states, including one ASQA Re-Registration that was over 4 days and 14 qualifications, with a 100% compliance rating.  I have experience preparing for and participating in audits including the National Standards for Mental Health Services, the Human Services Standards (VIC), Home Care Common Standards, ISO9001:2015, the National Standards for Disability Services, ISO27001 Information Security Management Systems and the Quality Assurance Framework (QAF).

I firmly believe that an education (whether school, TAFE, University or VET) can change a person’s life. The skills learned, the friendships made, the experience gained….. all work together to provide options, networks and career-paths to long-term sustainable employment”
