Are you interested in undertaking accredited training but can’t make the time to attend classroom training? Quality Services Skills offers online training delivery for the units of competency within the BSB50920 Diploma of Quality Auditing and the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.
You can select to complete:
- One unit at a time (for example, if you only wish to complete 1 or 2 units)
- The four Quality Auditing Units of Competency (BSBAUD411, BSBAUD511 BSBAUD512, BSBAUD513) as the BSBSS00128 Lead Auditor Skill Set
- The full BSB50920 Diploma of Quality Auditing (12 units of competency)
- The full BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management (12 units of competency)
Assessments can be uploaded via the Catapult System for marking by your trainer. You can submit as many (or as few) as you want at a time. Feedback is provided to you on your answers by the trainer. Messages can be sent and received between yourself and your trainer.
Online training is delivered through the Catapult E-Learning System. This is an internet-based program so all you need is a laptop or PC, and an internet connection. Online training includes the same content, material and assessments that are included in the hard-copy learner guides. It also includes embedded videos, graphics and slide-shows to maximise your training experience.
There is no timeline for completing an online module, however Quality Service Skills will provide unlimited email and phone call support to assist you and motivate you to completion of tasks at regular intervals. We also include an initial face-to-face visit to take your enrolment details and complete a Pre-Training Review (Language, Literacy & Numeracy Assessment) as well as a second workplace visit to undertake an assessment observation of your practical skills. Note: If a Unit of Competency is superseded (replaced) you have 12 months to complete your studies, or transition (change) to the new Unit of Competency. Please see our Transition of Training Packages Procedure for further information or email jackie@qss.edu.au for further information.
